TAO Set Up Card for TACHYON & New TACHYON AIRIA ESC
With this product, the characteristics of the TACHYON & TACHYON AIRIA and LUXON KG can be changed at will. This, in combination with categories and course layout, allows you to enjoy a wider range of settings.
Not only can you change the strength of High Speed Breaking, but by performing temperature control that uses a radiation thermometer, it's possible to search for the best settings that find a balance between driving performance and the source of power while confirming actual number values on the LCD screen, allowing for a sporty performance that is unavailable with conventional models.
In order to make it easy-to-use, the TAO main unit has been pre-loaded with 5 types of preset data to match categories. Additionally, the user can save 3 types of data.
Of course, a PC is not required during normal use. It's possible to send and receive data by connecting the TACHYON AIRIA RX cable to the TAO.
Pre-loaded Functions (Greatly expanded from the original functions listed in the TACHYON AIRIA manual)
1 Frequency Settings
In addition to drive frequency, neutral brake and brake frequency can each be set independently. (2, 4, 8, and 16 KHz each)
2. Power Settings
Separate from the frequency settings listed above, it's possible to set the initial speed, neutral brake, and brake strength, each within the range of 0 to 50% in 2% steps.
3. Function Settings
Maximum speed limit function for both Forward and Reverse
With the maximum speed limit function for Forward, speed control for low turn motors and mixed races using motors with different turn numbers have been made possible.
Reverse Cancel
Cut-off voltage settings (Supports Ni-cd/Ni-MH/Li-Fe/Li-Po)
11 types of tage settings, from 4.5 to 10.4 V are possible.
4. Switch LUXON (brushless motor) timing settings and rotation direction
Timing settings for the LUXON can be changed in 2o increments from 0o to 30o.
By changing the timing, the characteristics of the LUXON can be changed to a torque type or rotary type. (KV values will also change.)
5. Other Functions
Infrared temperature gauge...Display that holds two types of temperatures
Loaded with a backlight equipped 1.6 inch LCD
Calendar, Clock, and User name display function
Stopwatch function...Holds 2 types of split times
