Process of manufacturing

Sirin 's products are carefully designed by our design department. After the design is being approved, the craft department then transferred the drawing in to wax model. From the wax model, working molds are being made for casting clay slip. The clay slip is poured in to the working plaster mold, let dry and the clay pieces are removed from the mold. Each figurine might have up to 10 pieces clay parts. Each piece of clay parts have to join together by using clay slip, the joining processes have to be done very carefully and precisely to make a perfect figurine.

Let the clay figurine dry under room temperature then fire to bisque temperature of 800 degree centigrade. Each piece of fire bisque figurines is being carefully checked for imperfection. Defected bisque figurines have to be removed from the production process.
